What does my phone come with?

It's our mission to provide quality phones at affordable prices, one of the ways we achieve this is to simply provide a 3rd party charging cable, and wall adapter with every phone sold. Without the added cost of headphones, original packaging etc. we are able to provide our phones at lower costs!

What condition are the phones in?

The phones we sell are all certified pre-owned, and as a result, come in varying conditions. We have outlined our condition rankings to help with your decision. 

Excellent - The phone is in "Like New" condition with no noticeable signs of previous use. This is as close to a new phone as you can get!

Great - The phone shows very minor signs of previous use, may include light scratches on the screen & body. This is a phone that was well looked after by its previous owner. 

Good - The phone shows previous signs of use, may include scratches on the screen & body. However, the phone is still in perfect working order without any issues!

Which carriers do your phones work with?

All of our phones are sold factory unlocked, meaning they will work with any carrier worldwide. All you need to do is insert your sim card and you're good to go!

Shipping & Handling


What are my shipping options?

For orders outside of Toronto we ship via Canada Post which usually takes about 2-5 business days. If you are located within the Toronto core we offer a free local delivery service which usually takes 1 business day. 

Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping Canada wide and to the United States. If you reside in a country outside of North America, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your purchase. 


Warranty & Returns

How does your warranty work?

All of our phones come protected with a full 90-day warranty. Our warranty protects against all defects, with the exception of physical or water related damages. If any issues arise during this period we will provide a full refund or replacement if requested. 

How does your return policy work?

As long as your phone is free of any physical and/or water damage we offer a "no questions asked" return policy. Simply let us know you would like to return your phone and we will arrange to replace it (subject to availability) or provide a full refund.
